PitchSynch is an AI-powered sync licensing platform designed to help independent artists, producers, and agencies organize music catalogs, score licensing opportunities, draft pitches, and track placements. The Service includes tools for catalog management, opportunity matching, AI-assisted recommendations, and public creator pages.

Accounts and Eligibility

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Sync Licensing Tools and AI Outputs

PitchSynch provides AI-powered tools to help you organize your catalog, score opportunities, and draft pitches. These tools are decision-support features and do not guarantee placements, licensing deals, revenue, or legal clearance. AI scoring, recommendations, and match results are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding which opportunities to pursue and for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before use. PitchSynch is not a music supervisor, licensing agent, or legal advisor.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change our pricing at any time, with notice provided before your next billing cycle.

Public Creator Pages

If you enable a public creator page, certain profile information and track details you choose to share will be publicly accessible. You control what information appears on your public page. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you make public does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING PLACEMENTS, LICENSING DEALS, OR REVENUE. AI OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PITCHSYNCH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination
